Our website was built with and is hosted by the platform Square-space. Square-space collects cookies to help our websites loading speed and enhance your user experience. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect. We never sell any information we collect and do not share any data unless compelled to by law. We only retain collected information for as long as necessary to provide you with your requested service.
We keep paper financial/accounts information for 6 years, after that year end it is then incinerated. Electronic financial/accounts information is kept for 6 years, it is then deleted. Customer personal information is kept for 3 years before being deleted and shredded.

To protect your privacy and security we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting access or making changes. You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights.
